I led and completed a variety of work for PowerDMS, a subsidiary of NEOGOV and a SaaS company serving public safety agencies across the northwest hemisphere. Here are some of the recent highlights:
Lead Magnets
My team and I developed data-driven content (survey data and system/user data) that established thought leadership within the industry.
Learning Centers
We created learning centers—informative pillar pages designed to address key audience challenges with product solutions—for each of our core industries. The learning centers link to keyword-driven, fish-first articles to empower visitors to self-educate and learn more about our products.
In three months, I planned and led a project team of writers, designers, and developers who created over 96 of these articles and webpages.
Topic Clusters
We leveraged a topic cluster strategy to increase domain authority and transform our blog into a binge-worthy content experience. My goal was for all PowerDMS content to provide real value, target promising keywords, rank in the top 10 results, and increase brand awareness.
