In the midst of a labor shortage, they needed a modern brand solution, as well as marketing for their primary audience. I worked with G&R to excavate the brand. Started at the foundation, unearthing their primary audiences, values, brand archetypes, etc. I collaborated on content strategy and website wireframes, then implemented the new brand voice across the website.
